What I Ate Wednesday – Sleep Deprived


Thanks for all your comments yesterday on those few little things you’re thankful for. It’s always a great reminder to read through them and know that there is a lot to appreciate every single day. Even when you don’t feel your best.

I mention a lot of the time that I have difficulty regarding my sleep. Lately, I can’t seem to get a good night sleep at all. Firstly, I go to bed late…mostly because I can’t get to sleep.

Second, I get up super early as well; I mean, I have things to do in the morning and therefore wakeup early as well. Plus that I actually don’t need an alarm since I’m always up before it goes off. As for now, it isn’t affecting me too much – but I know it will soon catch up to me…like it always does.

Who knows? At least there’s delicious cups of pumpkin flavor filled coffee to keep me company during the early hours…
