I was able to get out for a lunch time run again today which was great as it’s nice to be able to do a faster run in the day light.
I ran my normal loop through Bellahouston Park and Pollok Park but I ran the opposite way today for a change.
I used the first mile as a warm up then pushed harder for the next 5 miles. I looked at my watch slightly late after the warm up so probably pushed a bit too hard for the first mile of the tempo so it took me another mile to settle down!
