A Few Days in the Lou

I recently spent some quality time in St. Louis with family as Kev was out of town traveling for work. Per the usual, I did your typical “St. Louis” things (Cardinals game) and ate a lot of great food.

The girls got along great. Nala is very tolerable and Grace is basically the devil at grandma’s house. #spoiled

Amazing seats at the game. And my first time seeing Ballpark Village! Way smaller than I imagined, but semi cool regardless.

No trip to STL in the spring is worth it without visiting Fritz’s.

I tried a new Mexican restaurant that my parents have been raving about – Chimi’s – and it was absolutely delish.

I rushed home to make it to the airport just in time to pick Kev up from his trip, only to find out his American Airlines flight out of O’Hare was canceled. Sound familiar? #worstairportever #worstairlineever #thisposthasalotofhashtags #illstopnow

He had five flights total and something went wrong with all five. Did I mention how excited I am that our vacation this year doesn’t involve ANY plane rides? Yay for road trips! #pleasenotraffic #lastoneipromise
