Crave Naturals Detangling Brush

There are few things I dread more than washing my hair, especially when I wear it natural. My hair is best described as a thick, wavy, frizzy, curly, hybrid monster main. Even though I know the overuse of heat is damaging it it's just sometimes easier to wear it straight. Why, you ask? Well detangling the monster is a chore. I had the opportunity to review the glide thru detangling brush from Crave Naturals
. This brush is designed to minimize breakage and split ends while getting through knots and tangles.
The brush has a curved shape design and multi length plastic teeth.
This brush was excellent at detangling my hair both wet and dry. I usually detangle with product in and the brush slide through my hair with ease, no knots, no tangles and almost no shed and the brush stood up to my hairs thickness. The only thing I didn't like was the handle. My hair just about shoulder length and I felt the short handle made the brush challenging to old onto at time, even more so when when my hands were wet.
The shape of the brush allows it to fit nicely in the palm of your hand which was fine when using on someone else like when brushing a child's hair. I dropped the brush several times when using it on myself. If the handle was a bit longer and maybe had some sort of texture on it to keep a better grip it would be perfect for long hair. I do think the length of the hair played a role also, perhaps people with short hair wouldn't be gripping and pulling the brush the same way and the short handle probably wouldn't be an issue. I still use it fine, just would be better with a longer handle.
