Aging Gracefully

We all get older. We all age. It’s just a fact of life. A fact of life that is more present in mine lately. I have never really feared age or not wanted to age. You know, when you’re ‘forever 29 years old.’ Not me. I love being 30. I feel so much smarter and more mature. And since age is an inevitable thing, I choose to embrace it. I will be 35, 40, 45 years old, Lord willing, and if I’m here to enjoy those years, gosh darn it I want to look my best doing it!

My husband has amazing skin. I mean, the man is 30 years old and doesn’t have smile wrinkles. Seriously? How is that even fair? I hope he goes bald or something because I don’t want it to look like I robbed the cradle when we’re together. It could also be because he doesn’t smile as much as I do, but that’s beside the point. This is us 10 years ago. Not nearly as many wrinkles, you see?!

But that is my biggest fear about aging. Aging seems to elude the man I married, and I have to keep up. That is why I am all about products that will take the edge off.
