3 Hairstyles for after a Gym sesh

So guys, I made it back to France. Me and my boys flew about 15 hours, 3 planes, 4 suitcases, 5 carry ons, and 3 countries later, we made it back home. Except our bags did not. We’re waiting on them to arrive today but when me and the boys were sprinting through the Paris airport to make sure we made it on our last flight (I would have had a mental breakdown if we didn’t) I should have known our bags wouldn’t get transferred. Hopefully they arrive today and it’s no big thang.

Anyway, it’s still Friday and flying across countries or not, I said I’d have video tutorials up on Friday! So today I’ve got a few really practical styles for you to try after the gym! I figured if you work out in the morning or even on your lunch break you might need some ideas on how to do your hair for the rest of the day. I don’t wash my hair every day – gym or not – and I have to be creative. These three are super simple and I know you can do it!

3 After Gym Hairstyles

Obviously there are quite a few more ideas than just these three, but you have to start somewhere! I tried to choose hairstyles where you don’t need much so you could do them at the gym after you shower or at home. Here’s what you’ll need for basically all of them:

That’s it! The smooth and shine is optional, it’s just a good idea if your hair gets frizzy after the gym. It’ll help give it shine and tame the frizzes. Dry shampoo isn’t optional, IMO, and the best, IMO, is the Big Sexy Hair brand. It gives you volume and actually works! Imagine that! Bobby pins, of course, would be a good idea to have in your gym bag as well. I’d say the teaser comb and hairspray were probably optional as well.

I will say that yes, some of these are optional, however, when you use product, the overall finished look comes out better. So just food for thought, ya know?

Sexy Ponytail

Turn a regular ponytail tail into a sexy put together look with a cute hair tie (I bought mine at Antrho) maybe a few curls and some volume! It’s obviously easy, it’s a ponytail, but it’ll still be cute and look great after the gym. It’s also not a lot of effort. That’s a win for me!

Braided Half up Hairstyle

Braids are a great way to hide dirty hair. Just use a little dry shampoo on the roots and braid away! They don’t take a ton of effort but the impact is still high. This is also a great look if you hair is still relatively clean, maybe just a little greasy at the roots, but the rest can still be worn down. It makes the bad part cute (the roots) and highlights the pretty, clean part (the ends).

Three low buns Hairstyle

It’s so simple, guys, promise. It’s perfect for when you want your hair all up after the gym but you don’t really want to rock another ponytail or another top knot. I feel ya! With just a few twists and pins you’ve got a cute style!

So there you have it! 3 cute hairstyles for after the gym. I actually did go to the gym the morning I shot this video, so you’re getting the real deal people. I’m a pretty authentic person, so you can always assume you’re getting the real deal. I did not, however, wear all the makeup to the gym. I go barefaced and messy hair to the gym because all I care about there is that I get work done. I also go super early so no one really sees me or cares.

Here’s the video! If you enjoyed it, hit the like button and gives me a thumbs up! Or even share if you feel so inclined. You guys are really the best! If you have any suggestions on what you’d like to see on my YouTube channel or here on the blog, leave it in the comments!

Now I’m going to go CHILL for the rest of the day as we adjust to the 9 hour time difference. Good night.
