As much as I love hair, I must admit, I’m lazy with it. I will curl my hair and of course I like it when it’s done, but man it takes a while! And my arms get all tired and everything. Hmph. Sometimes it’s worth it and I don’t mind spending the time. Then there’s time where I just want pretty hair in no time! There’s got to be a solution! Of course there is, ladies and gentlemen, of course there is.

Hot rollers are my go-to thing. when you want fabulous hair and don’t have time to sit there with a curling iron, rollers are the best. You put them in, let them sit while you do your makeup, get ready, etc. and when you’re done, you take them out and voila! You’ve got salon quality locks!

I recently got to try these new pop-up clipless rollers from Conair. They stand vertical which males them perfect for the vanity by not taking up too much valuable counter space. They’re also great for travel and they will be coming with me on our Christmas vacation! This is good for me for obvious reasons! They have a silicone surface which helps make your curls super shiny and smooth.

Enough about what they can do – let me show you what they can do!

I prepped my wet hair with my favorite products – some volumizing root pump and smooth serum. Then I grabbed my Conair Infiniti blow dryer, flipped my head over and dried my hair. I like how this dryer dries at lower temperatures to minimize heat damage. It was also great for minimizing frizz which for me is always a win!

After I had my hair all the way dried through, I started with the curlers. A few notes – flip your head over when drying your hair – it helps add volume. No need to bother with a brush – the curlers will do all the styling. Also, have the curlers heating up while you’re drying your hair, that way you can just throw them right in after.

As you can see before my hair is fresh off a blow dry. Gotta love it’s hugeness in all it’s glory. But after applying the curlers it all smoothed out very nicely!

I loved these little guys. My only setback is that I have such thick hair, I could have used another curler or two. But the beautiful curls they created with such ease made it all worth it!

These are definitely a win for the holidays. This way you can have fabulous curls in no time with little effort. Don’t you wish every hairstyle was like that? I know, me too.
