Shopping List: Fall Coats Under $200

I don't know about you, but I'm on a pretty tight budget these days, so when it comes to shopping I'm trying to spend as little as possible! Fall is the time of year to layer and have fun with coats, and I've been pleasantly surprised by all of the affordable coat options that are available right now.
