LGCT Tour of Monaco: yacht trip around Cote d’Azur

After the Pro-Am Cup on Friday (which you can read in this post) the highlight class of that day, on Saturday it was the turn of the Grand Prix du Monaco 1.60 which officially closed the sixth leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour, but before talking about the Grand Prix, which was held in the late afternoon, I must tell you that in a perfect Longines‘ style sign of elegance and luxury, in the morning we set off from our hotel to get to the port and embark on a mega yacht exclusively all available for us, where we spent the entire day doing a sea tour of the French Riviera with stops for swimming. We stopped off in the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer where we could enjoy a delicious lunch on board, and then I literally dozed off on the sun beds at the bow, just some time to relax and recharge a few hours for coming back, get ready, and be at the LGCT as soon as possible!

Dopo la Pro-Am Cup di venerdì (che potete rileggere in questo post), categoria clou della giornata, sabato è stata la volta del Grand Prix du Monaco altezza 1.60 con il quale si è ufficialmente conclusa la sesta tappa del Longines Global Champions Tour. Prima però di parlarvi del GP che si è tenuto nel tardo pomeriggio, vi devo raccontare che in perfetto stile Longines all’ insegna dell’eleganza e del lusso, in mattinata siamo partiti dal nostro albergo per arrivare al porto ed imbarcarci su un mega yacht tutto a nostra disposizione, sul quale abbiamo trascorso l’intera giornata facendo un tour in mare della Costa Azzurra con tappe per fare il bagno. Ci siamo fermati al largo dentro la baia di Villefranche sur Mer dove abbiamo potuto gustare un delizioso pranzo a bordo, e mi sono poi letteralmente appisolata sui lettini a prua, tempo di rilassarmi qualche ora e ricaricarmi per rientrare, prepararmi, ed essere al LGCT il prima possibile!
