Constantly pretending it’s summer despite the bitterly cold 2-degree mornings. Tonight’s blog post is an unintentional ode to the most classic of festival-wear, in preparation for next weeks Splendour festivities. Overalls, dirty boots, billowy blouses and floppy hats. Basically what I’ll be packing in my oversized suitcase, along with many, many more outfits that I probably won’t wear and emergency pieces for all weather- because you’ll all be sorry when it starts snowing and you didn’t bring your ski jacket. I kid- but seriously, I’m the worst packer ever. AND THE MOST EXCITED PERSON EVER. Splendour is next week, people! I know I’ve done a gazillion posts on festival dressing, but if you’re interested in a mini-lookbook/some outfit ideas before the big day(s) hit me up in the comments below. I can also do a playlist- it is all about dat music, after all.

Feeling a little delirious as I may have tried a little too hard to live up those final days of holidays. Not enough sleep. Too much coffee. Lots of fun. Basically, at the beginning of the holidays, I made one of those lists outlining all the productive things I will accomplish in those precious two weeks (including writing a novel. Writing a novel?) and proceeded to not really do any of them. But that’s what holidays are for, right? Anyway, school’s back. I don’t wanna talk about it. How were your holidays?
