I don’t know when the kimono trend became a “thing” exactly, but I’m not over it. Probably never will be. They take me back to my 7-year-old days when my grandma brought a kimono back from Korea and I wore it for a good 3 weeks straight. Over everything. Plus to sleep. Sometimes with nothing underneath. I was 7, okay?!

One good thing about living in Australia: mild winters. You can barely even call them winters. Pleather shorts and strappy sandals all year round, baby. Someone on Tumblr recently asked about covering up when wearing crop tops. This is where the kimono is a brilliant invention. Food baby? There’s a kimono for that. Let it flow over the top of any crop top/slightly risque ensemble and you’re covered up. Plus it adds copious amounts of sass.

Sorry about the extreme delay in this post, things in my life, socially/mentally/every other possible-lly have been crazy. I need a vacation, man. But I have a week of recovery/chill planned so posts should be flowing like my kimono. Okay this is getting weird. I need sleep. Talk soon loves. xo
