Life lately
I finished this commission piece for a fantastic lady. It glows in the dark!
I devoured this book in a week. I think Lena Dunham is amazing and thoroughly enjoyed her writing.
Colin has been hanging out with me in my studio while I spend my days stitching. He enjoys surveying everything from the top of the door.
Mr Twiglet returned from his three week holiday in Germany and I threw him a little donut party with the girls in my office. I ate two donuts and then felt sick. Too much sugar for Enid.
We watched one of our oldest friends get married last weekend, it was a beautiful wedding and we loved the scrabble table name places.
I can't believe it has taken me this long to embroider a unicorn! This one has magical glitter sparkles.
I have also been working an frog embroidery I have had floating around in my head for a while. I have spent most of this weekend stitching it and it is nearly finished.
Being slightly obsessed with the glow in the dark thread I have also been stitching some tiny glow in dark jellyfish which will be made into necklaces.
We took a trip to the tip shop yesterday and left empty handed but I enjoyed checking out the big collection of defunct ambulance gurneys and hospital beds.
Mr Twiglet worked his laser magic and has put my cobra snake image onto plates. I love how well it has turned out.
My desk is currently accommodating a range of hand embroideries!
I have another wisdom tooth to add to
my collection after it was extracted earlier in the week. I am going to make an embroidery of the both of them when I have some free time.
