AT PEACE (Soraya Bakhtiar)

Being by the water is something that is really crucial to my well-being. And also I’m in the concrete jungle as I’m writing this, when I look back at those picture taken by Geneva’s lakeside, I feel at peace.
I’ve been obsessed with baby blue lately and surprisingly I like mixing it with warmer colors like burgundy. It brings a little bit of edge. Throwing a sweater on my dressed to dress them down has been my thing lately, it’s like owning a dress and a skirt at the same time. When some of you ask me what to wear from day to night, this is a very good alternative as you can look more relaxed during the day with a sweater over a dress and at night, you take it off and wear your dress with biker jacket or blazer for a dressier look. When you travel as much as I do, you have to be a little creative in order to recycle your outfits and this is a trick I learned on-the-go.
