Every time I cook Mexican food reminds me of home back in Texas (which is mostly everyday- I can honestly say, that is what I really know how to cook the best). Mexican food for me is home, is comfort, and past memories. Now with my own family, I’m creating a new chapter filled new memories as a little family. Because I’m reminiscing my momma’s dishes (and mostly because I’m craving Mexican food right now), I bring you 15 delicious looking Mexican for a perfect Sunday dinner!
To me, Mexican dishes are super easy but sometimes very tedious to make. It’s delicious and I mean, who doesn’t like a taco with a fresh margarita. I would totally have a Taco Tuesday every day and few skinny margaritas, won’t you?
