The 90s were good for a lot of questionable things (like AOL and Hit Clips and 98 Degrees), but the decade also put out a few shining stars. Topping the list is the tattoo choker (along with jellies, Lip Smackers, and mood rings, of course). If you didn’t stack three or four chokers on your neck at all times, you were basically irrelevant. And don’t even get us started on the matching wrist and ring versions of the choker. If you had those, you were the queen. Upon research of tattoo chokers, though, we found a whole world of throat wear (can we call it that? is that gross?) from throughout the decades.
