About the Look: I'm so excited to ditch the winter boots and layers and slip into my summer wardrobe! Lightweight tanks, pencil skirts that are cinched at the waist with a looser fit, and on-trend sandals are an easy way to look polished and professional. If you can't do an open-toe in your office, try swapping the mules for your favorite pumps. Also, what I love about this pencil skirt is the fit. When it's hot outside, I opt for pieces that flow away from my body. This one is made of linen so it breathes well and has a baggier, but not frumpy, fit. The fitted waistband pulls you in without constraining you. Plus, I love pockets.
