When in rains in Paris, it pours. After sweltering through Turkey, Croatia and Italy we headed to Paris for a few days. From the moment we arrived the city was bleak, raining cats and dogs. I had been wearing nothing but floating summer dresses and didn’t consider warmer attire for weeks until I was shivering in the taxi line of Paris’s Orly Airport after landing at 2am. This trench has been my saviour for both style and comfort, being light weight, durable and modest. It allows me to hide any old thing inside pretending to be just as chic as the exterior, like my own invisibility cloak that works a little differently to Harry’s.
