minnamurra photos.

finally posting the photos from that weekend away. it was a wonderful experience to spend time with other photography lovers. this was my first time really stretching my legs with this camera so there aren't many great results to share but i'm happy with this little collection. that last photo has to be one of my favourites. being able to capture that moment made me truly appreciative and respectful of the world we live in. lately i've been experiencing a real urge to just go bush and be outside. once my exams are over (another week to go!) my plan is to just get lost somewhere and go camping for as long as my food supplies last.
as you can tell, i do love human silhouettes. i was supposed to be capturing the sunrise but it was more interesting to me to see how people (mostly just cameron!) were framed. he was just doing his thing, working on some long exposures but it was pretty fascinating to me. i also liked tracing how the sky changed in a matter of minutes. definitely not my last sunrise!
oh and a sneaky waterfall just for fun.
