2013 April Halloween

Halloween at April this year was nothing but wonderful, as always. We taught our usual curriculum, but gave out 300 points to costumed children and handed out candy. Some of the costumes were really cute (Tinkerbell, Iron Man, Spiderman, ninja, etc) and some were just questionable. I’ve noticed that Halloween in Korea is basically pattern witch hats/capes and various table decorations. Kids will wear their big bow headband (like the ones you would wear to an amusement park) and say “here is my costume.” Then again, why bother with a costume? It’s not like they have the opportunity to go trick or treating or anything. Overall, a good time was had and I had fun bouncing around as Tigger and getting harassed for candy by 400 children.
