Fat Loss Treatment in Korea (Part 2)

I went back to 365mc for my 2nd treatment yesterday. This time, the check-in process was much quicker. I scanned my card and weighed myself. After that, I headed off to the 3rd floor where they started my treatment right away. The second part of my treatment is called “MESOTHERAPY.” It’s where they pump a mixture of medicine and cellulite reducers into my thighs to help with the appearance. Before starting, they measured my thighs and put an ice pack on for about 5 minutes. The nurse used this gun (looked like a staple gun) with a small needle attached. The treatment was relatively painless. It felt like small little pokes of pressure. The whole procedure took about 5 minutes. I spoke with a doctor about my progress after and was on my way out soon after.

I did lose “some” weight so far. I know the effects don’t kick in right away, but it’s cool to see some loss despite my lack of exercise and discipline. I go back next week for my 3rd treatment, which will be mesotherapy again. Can’t wait!

After visiting 365mc, I went to Myeongdong to get my nails done. It’s definitely my treat for myself. I get my nails did every 3 weeks or so. I love the ladies at this salon. They’re designing me a special set for Halloween and Christmas this year! While at the salon, a foreign customer came in & I was able to use my Korean to help her. I wish I knew more Korean but this is only motivation for me to keep practicing and studying. I know a lot of Korean already, I just need to use it more often.
