Super Summer Smoothie
so now that it's sort of... kind of... officially... but not yet officially summer time it's time to be working on that HASHTAG BIKINI BODY that means eating clean y'all so to keep our burger cravings at bay we love to sip on Super Summer Smoothies our favy at the moment being a chocy banana taste explosion which we thought we'd be kind enough to share
ingredientes 2 frozen bananas 1 cup almond milk 6 dates 2 tablespoons of cacao nibs/powder 1 tablespoon vanilla extract squeeze of agave nectar sprinkle of cinnamon 1 tablespoon maca powder (optional) 1 tablespoon protein powder (optional)
this is THE easiest smoothie recipe in the world. seriously.
no but like seriously.
quick tip - remember to slice up yo banana BEFORE freezing it's what the sensible people do.
we're being 'those people' by using almond milk. join us.
or don't. regular milk is pretty darn good too.

what to do with these goodies...
step one: add all the ingredients to your blender.
step two: put the blender on. step three: let the ingredients blend. step four: turn the blender off. step five: pour into the biggest mug you can find.
