Creamy Frozen Mudslide
Hi friends! As we’re nearing the end of the Summer and our lovely Summer vacations, I wanted to share a crazy delicious recipe with you that will help you take all your cares and worries away – a Creamy Frozen Mudslide. Seriously. Just take a sip of this baby, sit back and relax and dream of your feet in the sand and the sound of ocean waves washing all your cares away. Did that work? Ok perhaps not, but I know in the midst of all the craziness it’s sometimes nice to indulge in a little treat. And that’s just what we did when we created this easy Creamy Frozen Mudslide with International Delight Irish Creme Cafe.
Are you a fan of Mudslides? I have always had an affinity towards them. Perhaps it’s the hint of coffee and chocolate – two of my very favorite things in life! Ingredients
- 1oz International Delight Irish Creme Cafe
- 1oz Kahlua
- 1oz Vodka
- 1oz Chocolate syrup
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice
- Whipped cream (opt)
- Chocolate sprinkles (opt)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
