Spring covers

A.P.C. military parka, Heartloom crop top, 7 For All Mankind shorts, Birkenstock sandals, Sun Buddies sunglasses

The best part about spring is the feasibility of dressing in light layers and light jackets - the weather still permits you to add more on, peel off layers, wear something long with something cropped, and so on accordingly. Lately I've been sticking to long coats over cut-offs, this time in an A.P.C. parka from The Dreslyn (masters of basics - another easy, shorter jacket from A.P.C. here), a lace crop top and destructed white denim shorts. Obsessed, actually, with the coat-over-crops formula - drawing inspiration from the selection of spring-appropriate jackets from The Dreslyn. It's easy to dismiss outerwear during this time but I feel as long as it's lightweight, basic in color (ok save for the lime green piece below), and/or complete with a paint crackled effect or perforated details... you're good.
