A few quick things I wanted to share today:
1. Hello, happy hour!
I’m excited to share my collaboration with The B Bar! They offer ebooks (named “cocktails” — how fun is that?!) for a variety of topics related to blogging. If you aren’t already familiar with their work, you must check them out.
I worked with them to create 3 short books (called “shots” — even more fun!) on various aspects of WordPress, including Understanding How WordPress Websites Work, Migrating Your Blog to WordPress.org, and Using WordPress. They’re adapted from Make WP Work, so if you thought about buying but were really only interested in a specific topic, these shots are for you!

It’s been quiet on the blog front because I’ve been rewriting some website copy — and a new resources page! You’ll find my favorite and most popular posts as well as my favorite resources for all things web, blogging, and business. If you’ve emailed me a question in the past couple of weeks and haven’t heard back from me yet, it’s probably answered on this page.
3. Who do you think you are?
Finally, in case you missed it, I just released an ebook/journal on discovering your brand. If there’s one thing I’ve learned about branding over the years, it’s that it’s a process. The purpose of my journal is to ask you questions to help you discover and refine your brand, and give you the space to keep answering them over time so you can really understand and develop your brand. It’s a pretty quick and easy process you can revisit often, and you’ll see my own answers as a starting point.
