SIMAN FASHION WEEK SUMMER 2014

The fashion events season has started in El Salvador, and it has definitely begun on the right foot with Fashion Week by Siman. The event was held last Wednesday night at one of my favorite places in the city: SENTO LUXURY SPA & SALON. They couldn't have picked a better place, the atmosphere was just perfect. It was held specifically in the pool area, in which they recreated a cruise on stage. A stunning decor which started to give you the feeling of summer and of the clothes we would be seeing later on. The summer collection by Siman was full of color, highlighting the navy blue and white stripes and pastel colors. We could also see shorts with floral prints and textures in line with the season. The men's clothing were no exception: striped clothes, boxes and very cool colors. One of my favorite parts of the runway was undoubtedly the swimwear, with vibrant colors from neon to sweet pastels. It was truly an AWESOME runway, with international models and a first-rate production.My blogger friends from the blog section HOW WE WEAR CA also attended the event, and the four of us are also the official bloggers for Siman in our respective countries in Central America. Luisa, from the Guatemalan blog Stylish Everywhere, Massiel from Honduran blog It 's Pretty Perfect, and Nini from Nicaraguan blog Nini's Fashion Style, all really enjoyed the event.As for my outfit, I chose a yellow lace skirt from Nini who is not only great blogger but also a very talented designer. I combined it with striped shirt, green necklace and gold shoes. All four CA bloggers went dressed with her designs, and and you'll see that they are beautiful and super feminine.Remember to tune in to the Fashion Week Summer 2014 by Siman, which will be aired this Wednesday March 26, 2014 at 9:30 on local channel 12.

Ha comenzado la temporada de eventos de moda en El Salvador, y sin duda empezó con el pie derecho con el Fashion Week by Siman. El evento se llevó a cabo el pasado miércoles por la noche en uno de mis lugares favoritos de la ciudad: SENTO LUXURY SPA & SALON. No pudo haber sido en un mejor lugar, la ambientación estuvo simplemente perfecta. Fue en el área de la piscina, en la cual, encima de ella recrearon un crucero. Una decoración impresionante que ya te comenzaba a dar la sensación de verano y de las prendas que veríamos. La colección presentada por Almacenes Siman estuvo llena de color, destacando las rayas azul y blanco navy y los colores pastel. También pudimos ver estampados florales y shorts con texturas acordes a la temporada. Las prendas para hombre no fueron la excepción: prendas a rayas, cuadros y en colores sumamente frescos. Una de mis partes favoritas de la pasarela fue, sin duda, los trajes de baño con colores vibrantes entre neones y los dulces pastel. Fue una pasarela realmente IMPRESIONANTE, con modelos internacionales y una producción de primer nivel.

Al evento asistieron como invitadas especiales mis amigas bloggers de la sección del blog HOW WE WEAR CA, y las cuatro también somos las bloggers oficiales de Almacenes Siman en los diferentes países de Centroamérica. Luisa, del blog guatemalteco Stylish Everywhere, Massiel del blog hondureño It's Pretty Perfect, y Niní del blog Nicaragüense Nini Fashion Style, con las que me la pasé aún mejor.

En cuanto a mi outfit, elegí una falda de encaje amarilla de Nini quién no es solamente blogger sino también una talentosísima diseñadora. La combiné con camisa rayada, collar verde y zapatos dorados. Las 4 bloggers de CA fuimos vestidas con sus diseños, y verán que están lindísimos y súper femeninos.

To tell you the truth Im really impress in how El Salvador has evolved in fashion since we started this blog. Siman proved it and I would like to say: congratulations!! Im very amazed of hoy this Salvadoran brand has evolved and how they have been reinventing themselves for the las 2 years and half. I would also like to thank all teams who where behind this day, to Siman and Sento team the were amazing and they really fulfilled their promise: We want to spoil you in an unforgettable experience.

La verdad estoy impresionada como El Salvador ha evolucionado en la moda desde que comenzamos este Blog. Siman nos lo demotró, quiero felicitarlos y decir que estoy sumamente orgullosa de como esta marca salvadoreña y ahora regional, a ido evolucionando y sobre todo como se ha ido auto reintentando durante estos últimos 2 años y medio. El show fue increíble, Me quito el sombrero. También quisiera agradecer a todas las personas que estuvieron detrás de este día, a los equipos de Siman, de Sento y demás marcas participantes se portaron increíble de verdad cumplieron la promesa que esta en la invitación: queremos consentirte con una experiencia inolvidable.
