The Body Shop Oil Cleanser

I love an oil cleanser – and this is one that’s been popping up in my routine regularly for some time now. But for some reason I have never talked about it. I know, yet again – BAD BLOGGER. But, better late than never, ladies and gents I would like to introduce you to The Body Shop Oil Cleanser – this is from the Chamomile range and it really rather lovely.

Firstly, it has a pump – basically any oil cleanser should really have a pump and if not, it will get a bit of a thumbs down on the packaging front from me. Oil is messy, or at least can be – when not packaged or dispensed properly. A pump is essential.

But the nicest thing about this is just how easy it is to use – one or two squirts. Massage into face to really break down make-up and any grime and then add a little warm water to emulsify and rinse. DONE. SO easy, and the skin feels lovely and soft after rather than stripped of all moisture as some cleansers can leave it. It also, for those of you who haven’t thought of using an oil cleanser does NOT leave your skin greasy. At all – in fact, an oil cleanser really is the best thing you can do for oily skin. Yes, really.

This is a great ‘entry level’ cleansing oil – if you perhaps want to give it a go, but don’t want to shell out the heftier prices some brands charge. At £10 a bottle, this is a very good value.
