Cowshed Anti-Ageing Perfecting Night Serum

Cowshed is fast becoming my favourite destination for all pampering needs. It was where I headed for an amazing pedicure ahead of my wedding (seriously, so good – and so relaxing, 100% recommend) then more recently I got to enjoy a mini facial to try out the new Cowshed Anti-Ageing Perfecting Night Serum.

The Cowshed Anti-Ageing Perfecting Night Serum is one of those ‘is it an oil’ or ‘is it a serum’ ones. It’s essentially a serum, within an oil. So yes, it does feel oil-like. But when on the skin, it’s like a dry oil – it doesn’t feel greasy at all. It does leave a sheen on skin – but doesn’t feel oily. Having said that – it is a nighttime product for a reason. It would be too heavy for most in the day (hence the name). Next most noticable thing about the serum is that it smells dreamy. VERY important for a night product – I don’t know about you, but I’m always more aware of the scent if I’m just going to sleep – it can be distracting if it smells bad!

For me, this is one I’ve been using maybe twice a week as an extra pampering boost. Not every night – as my skin maybe doesn’t need quite that much moisture. But a couple of times a week is perfect.

Make sure you head to Cowshed in Carnaby Street if you’re in need of any sort of pampering. Pedicures have to be some of the best in London from my experience and the treatment rooms downstairs are like a little haven that feel a million miles from the buzz of Oxford Circus.
