Bargain Alert: Cult Beauty Best of 2014 Goody Bag GWP

I have always been a total sucker for a gift with purchase. Ever since those first beauty junkie days when I headed to the Lancome counter armed with a Boots voucher for Christmas and the determination of a seasoned sale shopper to get as many beauty goodies as I could for my money.
