A Postcard From Blackpool...

Last week we had a lovely few days break in Blackpool before the children went back to school. Staying in a hotel for 4 nights, it was lovely. One of the best bit for me was having someone else make breakfast for a change {as well as spending time with my family :)}...
Once we had booked our hotel we noticed it had forecast rain over most of the country all week. Eek!!..

Leaving our oldest 2 sons at home they mentioned it was pouring it down, each time that we rang them.

Luckily Blackpool missed out on all the rain that had been forecast! We were very blessed to have sunshine, cloud free sky's and most importantly for a trip to the Great British seaside ...no rain Hurrah!!

How cool is it having a beach to yourselves first thing in the morning!?!
