So, I realized today that when you are doing work outs and eating right for a few months, you can STILL get off track really, really easily. Especially when you like to eat food as much as we do
My sister and her family were here visiting us last week. One day of working out and a whole week of eating not so good for you food was enough to get me off my workout wagon. This morning was pretty rough at the gym…although, I have to admit it could have been a lot worse. We made it, but holy cow am I dragging now!
So, while I go veg on the couch, how about you show me those fantabulous projects that you have been working on!
