Oily rhinestones

Heya :) You know I don't often use rhinestones, but that doesn't mean I'm not attracted to those sparkly, colorful things! So when I saw these colored rhinestones that looked multichrome, like they were stained by oil, I was eager to try them out!

Essence I ♥ My Blue Jeans with BornPrettyStore rhinestones.

The rhinestones don't change color like a multichrome polish would, but because they're colored in gradients, they do look like they change color. The colors are really bright (as the photo below shows best) and there's 4 sizes in the wheel, 3 spaces of each size. For this mani I used all but the largest size, for me the biggest ones I used here are already a bit too big, or better said, too high. But it didn't bug me at all with this mani, it felt like a very unique & festive mani! Wouldn't these be perfect for something like New year's Eve?

I thought we'd seen it all with rhinestones now, I mean those things come in all sorts of colors, sizes and shapes, but these were completely new to me and I really love the bright colors :)

I used top coat to "glue" them on my nails, I didn't seal them in with top coat, because this way they were stuck well enough already. I don't see myself using the bigger ones often (although I'm thinking what I could do with these besides decorating nails!), but I think I'll do an accentnail covered in those tiny ones sometime :)

You can find these BornPrettyStore rhinestones here, a wheel costs $2.39. And as always, coupon code ABJ61 gives 10% off =) What do you think of these, and do you mind the big rhinestones on your nails? Thanks for looking!
