The 52 Project - a portrait series of my children once a week in 2014.
Phoebe: Matilda set up a "show" for us yesterday. She brought in a bunch of chairs and set up "the audience." Phoebe was totally into the audience. Not shown here... Matilda's tears when the audience got pummeled. Phoebe has started saying so many words: Dank ewww, bay-bee, mom-ee, tild-ee, dad-ee, pop-ee, bee-bee to name a few.
Matilda: Matilda came down stairs for her "show" in this giddup. I love this kid. She also sported this to the grocery store and we were stopped by no less than five people that showered her with compliments. Many of which had children that were grown. The longing in their eyes made me stop and hold my breath. It's true that this is a precious time and to not take it for granted.
