Peeking Out From Under My Rock…

Hi world! I’ve been away lately focusing on my home and family. I had noticed I was getting a bit addicted to the internet and had my husband turn off Wifi from 9am-4pm. This has dramatically improved things in my house, and do not worry, if I ever needed the internet, I could go to the basement and get on in the office, that’s just not convenient with the young ones. So what’s been going on since my last post?

Well, since my fill I’ve only lost about 4 pounds. No bueno. My next adjustment is on December 3rd. I called to see if it could be bumped up, but she’s completely filled up (pardon the pun!) until my appointment any way, so I’m just going to need to be steadfast and diligent with tracking my intake and making good food choices.

I’ve started as a consultant for The Pampered Chef and I couldn’t be more happy about this decision. I decided to start my own business as a way supplement my families income and to help power through our Baby Steps with Dave Ramsey. So far so good, I’m slowly filling my calendar, and that’s okay with me!

I’ve received a couple of items to review on here, so I’ll be doing that really soon. One for some great green tea powder and then a BzzAgent review for the Kroger Simple meals, which shouldn’t be difficult to review, since we use them all the time.

I just have a quick question for LAP BAND-ers and others who are losing weight, what do YOU find to work best for staying accountable with food choices? A physical journal, blogging, MyFitnessPal, etc?

I’m not disappointed, I have lost weight and for the first time ever in my life I haven’t gained it back. I’m just kind of stuck right now.
