Tea for Two

Hey everyone, my brother and I were kindly invited for tea for two at Usk Garden Centre. It was such a cute surprise and just what I needed on a summer afternoon. I've always loved tiered cake stands filled with scrumptious treats, that look too good to eat. This little platter was served with petite sandwiches without crusts, which was lovely to eat, not too filling. Some were of ham and others cheese and the plate was laced with tomatoes and cucumbers, which looked very appetising. I enjoyed the quantity of this afternoon tea. When you reach that time of day where your peckish for something light and yet filling I think this is just what is needed, only for £9.95. There were four tiny deserts to share equally between my brother and I. Of course had the Strawberry and Cream Meringue and the Chocolate Brownie, which was so gooey and moist yummy! The floral crockery is my favourite thing about this Cafe, its Bone China and the Tea, for some reason tastes beautiful. We bought the same tea bags to try and home but it's some how not the same. Anyway it was a lovely afternoon thanks to Usk Garden Centre and I shall be going there again soon.
