Christmas is Coming….Holiday Style
Christmas is right around the corner (I know, I know, we haven’t even had Thanksgiving yet) but holiday music is pumping into the malls and Christmas trees are popping up in windows, so I HAD to do a Holiday inspired look! I am still on my plaid kick too, so what better than to do a leather and plaid look that will keep you warm and festive at the same time? Plus It’s time to start making that list and checking it twice, so in case you’re having trouble deciding what needs to be on your fashion wish list for Santa, I’m here to help.
I generally try to focus on the best steals of the season, but with the holidays on their way I wanted to add a few splurges into the mix as well because it’s that one time of the year where adding a few lust-list items is totally acceptable in my book (and this Juicy coat is TO DIE FOR). When it comes to holiday looks, there are few things as festive as red plaid and when I found this awesome flannel shirt dress I imagined a million and one different looks I could create with it. Pair it with distressed boyfriend jeans and a creamy cardigan for Christmas morning, or pointy-toed heels, tights, and a blazer for date night. Or, for a friend’s Christmas party do what I did and mix it up with some leather, a fun coat and some booties! This look will keep you warm, festive, and on-trend, and seriously how can you say no to plaid under $25? You can’t…or I can’t. What do we think? Holiday wear? Daily wear? Or both?
