Not long ago I got a question from a reader asking about my suggestions for core workouts and if I had any workouts to share. That’s when it hit me. I have shared only a handful of core workouts for Move It Monday workouts. How can that be? We’ll pretend it’s not because I lack on the direct core work. I guess I normally feel like I get a decent core challenge within my workout –whether it be all the “chatarunga”ing in yoga or doing compound exercises in my strength workouts. That doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be room for a solid core workout in my routine…or yours. So let’s all commit to tackling those abs today with this short and sweet little workout I created for you.
