Warm Winter Wishes! Critter Love!

Hi Oddies! Happy HUMP DAAAAYYYY!

Leah here, and I’m sending some warm winter wishes your way today as our temperatures here in South Jersey begin to REALLY drop (okay, nothing like Buffalo), and I have to start scraping my car’s windshield in the mornings before work. This little critter is a popular one this time of year, and I just love his little scarf! Here’s a card I made using our Chilly Penguin digi stamp:

There are SO many fun winter papers out there (and trust me, I have a bazillion in my stash!), I kind of want to color his scarf and hat to match them all and do some mass-production of this CAS card! Wouldn’t these be great for holiday card sets, perhaps with different sentiments? The words paper is really inspiring – I am thinking a card with some of the words highlighted for focus, or maybe an aperture card with some of the text showing through.

Either way, I think this Chilly Penguin digi stamp is super cute and great for winter and Christmas cards, and I have about 8 others printed out so I can color him up! Are you ready for the holidays? Do you have a lot of holiday card making left to do, or have you already sent your Christmas cards out to friends and family?

We Odd Girls hope you’re enjoying the preparation leading up to Christmas, and we ESPECIALLY hope you enjoyed the new NEWSLETTER! The new format rocks, and if you CLICK HERE, you can subscribe so you’re not missing out!

Don’t forget, our December Linky Party is going on now in the right sidebar (link up, link back to us, and you could be spotlighted and win a free digi from the Some Odd Girl shop!), and we have a Nouveau Girls challenge that just started – use any of our beautiful Nouveau Girls stamps and join in the fun – you have until the 15th to play along!

See you tomorrow with more inspiration as shared in our newsletter – STAY ODD, friends! It’s the best way to be!
