Snug as a bug in a rug

Snug as a bug in a rug today… don’t you just love that saying? Maybe it’s because my mum and dad said it to me when I was wee but it makes me feel cosy just writing it! Ironically I actually am in a rug. All be it a belted rug cape but, in a bid to get more mileage from my ponchos, she’s been belted and fashioned into a jumper of sorts – just right for layering with my most snuggly, furry topper – the bargain Next beauty. Speaking of the furry, a blogger buddy of mine just got the same jacket so you have to check out how Lucy wore it too.

Well guys, it’s almost the weekend and it seems the inevitable has happened and I am growing up; not only am I extremely excited to be hosting games night (you know, like the ones in the movies where all your friends who don’t have kids yet either come round and you play board games and have a buffet and wine?), I have in fact even discovered a wine I almost enjoy.
