Fitness Friday | Healthy Substitutions

There are a few foods I’ve tried in place of higher calorie foods and sincerely ended up loving them just as much if not more than the “original.” I’ll be the first to admit not all substitutions are winners – sometimes I’d rather go without than eat the healthier option (no fat free chocolate for me!) – but there are quite a few healthy substitutions that are here to stay in my life.

Without further adieu – here are my favorite healthy substitutions that transform some of my favorite higher calorie recipes into guilt free meals!
