Mom Style {SammyDress Vest: 3 Ways to Wear it for Spring}

The weather here is all over the place. A couple rainy days, followed by windy days, followed by heat from the devil. Then back to the pleasant sunny days we live here for. My wardrobe is seriously getting a workout.

And, it is at this point in the post, that I owe my poor mother an apology. Why, you ask? Well, I have always given her a hard time for owning so many vests. They’ve been a staple in her closet for years. I guess she could have just been ahead of her time. Or maybe I’m getting older and wiser – because lately, I can’t seem to get enough of them. They just sort of finish a look without the commitment of a jacket. Versatility for the win.

The one pictured here is from SammyDress. You may have noticed the shiny new banner to the bottom left of your screen? That’s a link to SammyDress – one of my sponsors for the month. If you click over to their site, you will see the prices are ridiculous. As in ridiculously cheap. You’ll find bathing suits for $9, tops for $6, dresses for $8. I’ve only tried a few items from their store and I would say the quality is similar to that of Forever 21. Their sizing is a little tricky though – a lot of one size fits all. Which we know is impossible. So as a 5’7″ girl in the 135 pound range (according to my license) I stick with loose fitting tops or layering pieces.

Which look is your favorite?
