I’ll Take It

Yes, yes I will.

A tiring, yet fabulous afternoon yesterday that was all about these guys.

Oh and yes, that fabulous new sign that showed up the same time that our new butler did. It’s growing on me.

Yeah, we’re still trying to figure out what to do with that Buddha’s hand. We might attempt to make candy. We shall see.

Um and can I just say that these guys are getting to be more of a handful every single day. I have to be on my toes at all times. ALL TIMES.

That’s okay though. I’ll take it. Time is love and I feel like it’s such an important time to in the moment with them as much as possible right now.

I went the entire day yesterday without taking any pictures of food. I’ll take it and I really should do that more often.

Oh and hey, what do you know, we didn’t lose any animals today. Yeah!

We even got out of few of our all time favorite animal decorations.

It’s okay to be jealous. Ha.

We actually have like 5 Halloween decorations total, but when they’re cool like this, who needs anything else, right?

The boys and I went to the mall last night right before dinner. Not the brightest idea, but we made good use of our $20 off coupon for Yankee Candle since our one candle is getting a little low. I had to get just a couple others for the cooler weather. There’s nothing like having fall scented candles around. LOVE THEM!

Here are the ones we picked out.

I get ridiculously excited about good smelling candles. They make me happy.

The lovely lady there told me about the Yankee Candle Fan Club where you can earn points and such. I signed up of course.

It was one heck of an amazing sky last night.

I also took an early bedtime in hopes of feeling better and getting on the treadmill early this morning.

Well, my plan got ambushed and everyone was up early.

Not sure if you can see the time in the background, but this was 5:45 am this morning. Oh well. That’s life and I’ll take it.

I did get on the treadmill and fit in a run before heading out. Unfortunately this cold is sticking around so my idea to attempt speed work was thrown out. I got some easy miles in though and was motivated to get it done to finish this cute movie.

The Other Woman. I loved it. And yes, it’s a great idea to start a cute movie one day so you WANT to finish it during your run the next day. I need to do that more often.

I also need to stretch more often. I tell myself that at least once a day. Touching my toes for 10 seconds was the extent of my after run stretch though today.

Oh well, I’ll take it.

I’ll also take my new blood stain on my shoes from my toe. Not sure what happened there, but it chaps my hide.

The boys and I have big plans for the rest of the day and goodness help me I really hope an afternoon rest and even possibly a nap makes it in the schedule somehow. It’s going to be a long one friends. Ha.

I keep thinking about this quote I shared the other day from CocoaVia. I really like it more and more every day.

The best way out is always through it. It’s not the easiest, but it’s the best.

Oh and the Pro Compression GIVEAWAY is ending soon. Make sure to enter if you haven’t yet! The code STUFT14 is still good for a bit for 40% off anything and FREE shipping, but the giveaway for free socks or sleeves to THREE winners is over tonight!

Happy hump day!

Have a good one!

I’ll be back soon with a recap finally from the Raptor Ridge Half Marathon. I’m taking my sweet time getting to that aren’t I? Oh well. Priorities.
