All the food in Berlin

Berlin was a total foodfest. I didn't drink much beer, I just ate all the food. All the food in Berlin.* There is such a big vegetarian/vegan food scene that I didn't ever have any issues about being an awkward vegetarian like I can experience occasionally in Copenhagen. I can't help myself but list off all the things I ate.
Top food highlight was a Sun Day burger, which was hands down one of the greatest veggie burgers I have ever eaten. I demolished it at Street Food Thursday, a weekly food market in Kreuzberg, full of cool Berliners stuffing their gobs. I also tried a cronut. I mean, yeah, donut croissant together, great. But, I would prefer to have a donut followed by a croissant.
Another food favourite were the Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants I ate in close to my friend's apartment. It was amazing to have so much on offer in terms of tofu and vegetables.
After arriving at 6.30am and finally navigating my way from the bus station, I headed towards Mitte, the area in the centre. My friend Vic and I found a place called Kaffemitte on the same street as Monki and Cos. The fruit salad set us up for the morning and their other food looks amazing.

Honourable mention goes to Cafe Rose on Weinbergsweg, a cafe opposite Circus Hostel. I'm not sure I would recommend eating celery schnitzel, everything else about the place is magic.
*Slight exaggeration but I ate a lot and I ate well. Most importantly, it didn't cost the earth.
