Workout: 1000x Sweatier Workout (+Printable!)



In honor of #getsweaty month, here's a toughie for you—do this a few times a week and there's NO WAY you won't get faster, stronger and leaner. It's based off Cassey of Blogilate's 1000 Workout, but I amped it up a little bit to build more strength and hit more muscles. I just did this one today and, man oh man, I was sweaty. Try to complete each circuit as quickly as possible while practicing good form.
