We have started Math Centres and Rotations. The class has been divided into 3 groups and the groups rotate from Math Games, Individual Work and Working with the Teacher.

Right now we are working on Patterning. They worked with me on completing their Patterning Book, a sheet on making patterns and naming patterns for individual work and a bunch of games on the carpet for Math Games. When the students are playing Math Games, they have to put a check mark beside the game they just played. This showed me how well they are doing during centres. The students seem to be really enjoying it and to be learning a lot.
