Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

I am here to tell you I am unapologetically posting a pumpkin recipe on the first official day of autumn. Does this make me a sterotype? Probably, but I don’t care!! Ha!! Man, it feels good to say that. I have been called “quirky” for most of my life. I’m not sure its always in a cute way. Sometimes it makes for awkwardness.. meaning I am super weird and people don’t always know what to do with me. When I was younger, say high school age, this made me very self conscious and I was never really comfortable with who I was. But now I am almost 30. Which, let’s be honest here, was kinda hard to wrap my head around for a little while. Because I think I likely still have the maturity of a 16 year old, and I know I definitely still have the interests of a 16 year old. So naturally there is a disconnect with my mental view of my age and my actual on paper age. I hear a lot of people saying that the older you get the better you feel.
