The biggest downside to any fashion week is seeing something totally cool on the runway and having to wait months to can get your hands on it. But this all seems to be changing.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, which is happening right now in Sydney, has set up an online boutique selling looks direct from the runway.

It’s pretty cool if you ask me but a I’m sure it’s a nightmare for the designers who have had to create capsule collections well ahead of time to pre-stock the online store.

You can shop the upcoming Spring/Summer 2015 looks from the website mbfashionweek.com, which work like any e-commerce store and there’s also a mobile option as well.

The great thing about this is that even if you didn’t attend the show you can still access these cool new pieces.

Fingers crossed we may be able to shop the looks direct from the runway at this year’s New Zealand Fashion Week!
