Watercolor Map of America

We're moving soon, from San Diego, California, to Fort Collins in Colorado and I wanted to paint something to commemorate the occasion and to send out with emailed change of address notifications to friends and family.

I completed a few thumbnails and polled my Instagram friends to see which one they prefer. The 'rainbow' version was a clear winner....although I might still paint the runner-up too.
