Finding the perfect statement coat in this season of minimalism and pastels can be quite difficult. Don't get me wrong. I am a girl who is a minimalist at heart. However..once in a while a girl wants a coat that will wow the crowd. You want a coat that makes a bold statement but that is not kitschy. Bright but not intrusive. Lovable but not loud. That's where good old fashion Leopard comes in.. Leopard never goes out of style.. it's always classic.. very chic.. and super fun.
Yet when wearing your statement coat it is imperative that the rest of your look stay classic and simple..
Here I borrowed from the 90's with mid-rise straight leg denim and a classic ribbed fitted turtleneck sweater.
..Because when the cold weather is going strong good classics both bold and simple are oh so necessary!
