The last show of our NYFW was Anna Sui, and from the day we received our invitation at the hotel I knew I’d love it. The inspiration was once again taken from the seventies, but this time it was all about the hippie generation: it was very peace and love.
From the couples of models walking down the runway together, to the fringes and flower prints, to the hippie haircuts – everything came together as a beautiful and super inspiring Woodstock revival. I read online that Anna Sui always asked herself wether she could wear this to a concert when she was designing a new collection, and well for me it’s a big yes! This collection is definitely concert material.
For the occasion I was wearing something slightly fancier: a perforated skirt from Tibi, with nude wedges and a small Stella McCartney bag. Very ladylike, right?
— I’m wearing:
SKIRT: Tibi via Zalando Premium (budget)
TOP: Mango (similar)
WEDGES: Balenciaga (budget)
BAG: Stella McCartney via Monnier Frères
HAT: My Red Lippy (budget)
WATCH: Daniel Wellington
