Casual with a twist

One of my favorite things in life is contrast. Does that make sense..? I don’t know, I just love contrast. I love when things are empowering one another by being so different, and creating a balance, you see? I love paintings with really strong light effects, I love it when there are really dark rocks by a crystal clear sea, I love seeing a red poppy in the middle of a green field.

And well, fashion wise, it’s pretty much the same. I love wearing fancy red lips on my most casual days, or balancing a cozy outfit with super feminine shoes, or wearing a very bright piece in a neutral outfit. Contrast is everything…

On that day as you can see I applied the theory: I wore special, pointy shoes with the chunkiest cardigan I own, which, as a matter of fact, I found in the mens department. See what I did there? ;)
